Postal Assistant Level 4 – Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100

Sorting Assistant Level 4 – Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100

Postman Level 3 – Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100

Mail Guard Level 3 – Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100

Multi Tasking Staff Level 1 – Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900

India Post Recruitment 2023: Qualification

Candidate applying for above post must be a meritorious sportsperson. The criteria for considering a candidate as meritorious sportsperson is given in the Notification along with list of sports & list of authorities competent to award certificates on eligibility for recruitment of sportspersons.

Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant

Candidates should have Graduation degree from any recognized university. One should also have knowledge of working on computers.

Postman/Mail Guard

Must have passed class 12th from a recognized board. Also, one must have passed the local language of the concerned postal circle or division as a subject in class 10th or above. Apart from this, one should have knowledge of working on computer. Must have a valid license to drive a two-wheeler or light motor vehicle.

Multi Tasking Staff

Candidates must have passed class 10th from a recognized board.

Postal Assistant : 18-27 years

Sorting Assistant : 18-27 years

Postman : 18-27 years

Mail Guard : 18-27 years

Multi Tasking Staff : 18-25 years

How to Apply

Application shall be submitted only in online mode at “https://dopsportsrecruitment.cept.gov.in” giving order of preference for both Cadres (i.e. Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman, Mail Guard and Multi Tasking Staff) as well as Postal Circles.

Application fee

Candidate will have to pay application fee of Rs. 100 to fill the form.

Important Instructions for Candidate

Candidates are advised to give only the details of their highest participation / achievement in sports. For example, if a candidate has participated in both National and International events, she / he shall submit details of all such International events, for which he/ she has valid Form1, and need not give details of all other achievements.
